Schedule

The weekly schedule for all C-Velo classes changes about every 3 months. This change corresponds to the progressive nature of the classes as well as the seasons of the year. Each week of the series (or season) is outlined with what classes are offered and when. There are generally 3 classes of the same workout per week (Monday-Tuesday class #1), (Wednesday-Thursday class #2), (Saturday class #3).

Class Descriptions: All classes designated as In Person in studio  or   Virtual on Zwift. Virtual classes require a Zwift account, and smart trainer at home

PPT (Progressive Power Training) – An 8-12 week block of training designed to progressively increase intensity/duration with
a focus on energy systems appropriate for the time of year. Classes are generally 50 -75min in length.

Lactate Threshold Testing – New this year, make an appointment to have your FTP determined at a more precise physiologic level. This Ramp test is sub maximal and will assess the lactate in your blood as a biomarker for energy metabolism shift. Blood will be sampled from a finger stick and assessed at each step of the ramp. You’ll receive a report of the result and your recommended Power and HR zones.
